We are thrilled to have Dwayne Bazinet, director of Child Evangelism Fellowship and Christian Youth In Action with his team of teens leading our Children's Program on Friday. They will be playing games, learning Bible stories and enjoying worship!
Family Harvest Church youth group will lead the Children's Program on Saturday. They've got lots of fun things planned like playing games with hula hoops and beanbags, relay races and scavenger hunts.
Kids program will be available Friday & Saturday during the main sessions, Kids will need to be picked up during the lunch breaks!
Please pack 2-3 snacks per day labeled with your child’s name
Please remember a water bottle.
Whatever kind of leader you are we invite you to join us! Together will fellowship, be encouraged and brainstorm! You won’t want to miss it!
Todd Wilson will give us a brief word of encouragement and then we will open up our Town Hall style discussion.

If you will have children attending the kid’s program please plan to send them with a sack lunch on Friday. We will have volunteers to help them with lunches and encourage them as we encourage you in your service to the homeschool community!
We will provide lunch for the leaders, just please let us know you’re coming, register for this special Leaders Luncheon!

Friday
9:30 am - Drop-off
12:30 pm - Pick up kids for lunch break
2:15 pm - Drop-off
4:45 pm - Pick up for dinner break
6:15 pm - Drop-off for kids movie night
8:00 pm - Pick up for evening
Saturday
9:15 am - Drop off
11:45 am - Pick up for lunch
1:15 pm - Drop off
3:45 pm - Children's Program Ends
The Children's Program Friday night is free, you do not need to register for this. You will check children in upon arrival.
Buyers:
Sale begins Friday at 9am. 9 am - 10 am is a Free Shopping Hour for both the vendor hall and Used Book Sale.
Shopping hours are Friday: 9 am - 4 pm and Saturday 9 am - 3 pm
Please bring cash!!! Some sellers may accept payments via check or Venmo/Paypal but cash is preferred.
SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Seller is responsible for setting up and selling their own items, as well as gathering up leftovers. Please bring your own table and chairs if you plan to stay with your sale items. Space is first come, first served.
Set up times: Thursday, May 13th, 3pm-5pm
Friday, May 14th 8am-8:45am
2. Sellers may leave items with prices marked and a way for buyers to contact you. Homeschool Wyo is not responsible for items left unattended. We are trusting people on the honor system. We recommend making a little sign with your phone number if you plan to attend sessions or do your own shopping for people to text you or call if they'd like to make a purchase!
3. Seller is responsible for collection and exchange of all payments. We will not be able to provide change or assist in the transaction in anyway. You could choose to leave your PayPal or Venmo information for buyers to send you money that way if you prefer.
4. Should you wish to donate your leftovers, please contact the sale coordinator.
