Exhibitor Information
We have three options available for businesses and organizations who wish to partner with us this year.
A. Become a Sponsor: Sponsors will have the opportunity to give a brief 3-minute presentation to our audience at our event, either live or recorded. Your name and link to your website will also go on our program and our event website. We have several unique sponsor opportunities, and they are detailed below. Most sponsorships also include a booth in our vendor hall.
B. Become a Vendor: Attending in person is the best way to meet homeschoolers from across the state of Wyoming. Vendor space is limited and is subject to board approval. Electricity and WiFi will be available to a limited number of booths for a $25 fee. A limited number of vendor workshops will also be available for an additional $75 per workshop.
C. Become an Advertiser: Send us a promotional piece (i.e. catalog, flyer, postcard ad, sample of product, etc.), and we will ensure they get into the hands of our attendees via their Welcome Bags. Inserts are $25 per piece.
