Exhibitor Information
We have three options available for businesses who wish to partner with us this year.
A. Become a Sponsor: Sponsors will have the opportunity to give a brief 3 minute presentation to our audience at our event, either live or prerecorded, as well as premium placement of flyers and a banner that you send to us for the event. Your name and link to your website will also go on our program and our event website. We have several unique sponsor opportunities for our events and special features. Most sponsorships come with a booth as well.
B. Become a Vendor: Attend in person. This will be your best option to meet with homeschoolers from across the state of Wyoming.
C. Become an Advertiser: Send us a promotional piece (i.e. catalog, flyer, postcard ad, sample of product, etc.), and we will ensure they get into the hands of our attendees via their welcome bags.
Vendor space is limited and will be confirmed on a tiered system: core curriculum vendors will be confirmed first, secondary curriculum and "school" book vendors will be confirmed second, other vendors third. Each space is $150 with one 6 ft. table and two chairs if needed.
Electricity and WiFi will be available to a limited number of booths for a $25 fee. A limited number of vendor workshops will also be available for an additional $75 per workshop.
In addition to vendor booths, you can also use this form to apply to place inserts (flyer, catalog, etc.) in our welcome bags for attendees. Prices start at $25/piece.
